At Law Firm Linton Kennegård AB (the firm), personal data such as names, addresses, email addresses, personal identification numbers/designation numbers and similar client information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EU) to conduct mandatory conflict checks and to handle, execute and administer received assignments/cases and thereby safeguard our clients' interests. Personal data may appear in court and authority documents but is also collected for accounting and billing purposes. The personal data is stored in accordance with the obligation incumbent upon Law Firm Linton Kennegård AB under the guiding rules for good legal practice, for a period of ten years from the date of completion of the case, or for the longer period required by the nature of the case.
